Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team. This role requires working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or relevant qualification, or be CORU Registered.
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* The ability to work independently and supervise staff/service users.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A valid manual driving license.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the service users' needs are met, teaching daily living and social skills, establishing positive relationships, and engaging in activities/household tasks. You will also maintain accurate records of service user documentation.
