Team Horizon is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a leading pharmaceutical company in South Dublin.
The Senior Project Engineer will support a portfolio of projects in the Pharmaceutical Industry, coordinating project activities to deliver capital projects that meet safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

What you will be doing:
* Coordinate activities of capital projects to meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
* Ensure project delivery through the Capital Project Management Process.
* Develop, report, and manage project deliverables.
* Manage third-party contractors and outsourced partners to ensure project objectives are met.
* Promote a safety culture within the project team and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Manage project planning, execution, prioritization, resource management, and communication.
* Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the company to define project scope and satisfy requirements.
* Address complex project phasing and execution issues, overseeing projects from concept to operation.
* Coordinate the introduction of new equipment, troubleshooting before qualification and start-up.
* Lead multidisciplinary site teams.
* Contribute to Root Cause and Cross-Functional Investigations.
* Model safety leadership and support a safe working environment.
* Supervise contingent workers as needed, including construction managers and craft labor.
* Present project updates to senior leadership and governing bodies.
* Travel may be required for project support.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to apply:
* Third-level technical qualification or equivalent in Engineering.
* Experience in an Architectural & Engineering firm or with a Biopharmaceutical capital projects team is beneficial.
* Knowledge of safety, GMP, and environmental regulations.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
* Technical report writing and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
