Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities.
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and strategies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
* Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* CORU registration.
* Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
