As anCatering Supervisor, you will be the heart of our operation. You will be customer focused with high standards You will be a key member of the team to deliver world class food & service for our clients and customers. You will set the standard and guide your team daily.This is afull-time role, working37.5 hours per week,Monday & Friday 8:30-1pm andTuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30am – 4pmKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the front of house areas are clean, tidy and attractive during opening timesPlace orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levelsCheck and put away all deliveries promptly and correctlyEnsure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage productionLead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all timesCash up at the end of shift and complete stock takes when requiredAssist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessaryBe pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may ariseEnsure all health and safety regulations are followedAbout YouPrevious experience supervising frontline teamsCustomer service focusedAbility to work under pressure, in a fast paced enviroment whilst maintaining a positive attitudeExperience in a similar environment (not essential)Compass Group reserves the right to enhance the criteria, if necessary, for the purposes of shortlisting.At Compass Ireland, our people are our business.
