In this role, you will take ownership of major group client relationships, manage complex renewals, and act as a senior mentor to the internal broking team.
The Requirements QFA is essential.
(Further qualifications such as MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT, or PTP are a distinct advantage).
Proven background in corporate pensions/employee benefits with strong relationship management and presentation skills.
Highly organised and proactive, with a strong desire to pursue continuous professional development Excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities Client & Portfolio Management, lead annual renewals and reviews across Risk, Pension, and Medical schemes for major corporate clients.
Advise employers on benefit design, Auto-Enrolment (AE) readiness, and sector benchmarking.
Supervise and mentor the EB Broker Team, overseeing administration delivery and stepping in for the Associate Director at high-level group meetings.
Run 1-to-1 EB clinics on client sites, present at pension committee meetings, and represent the firm at industry conferences.
Liaise directly with insurers and providers to streamline service delivery while championing strict governance and compliance standards.
