Job Description
Administration:

* Working within the team to assist Management and engineering staff with non-project and project (see below) related tasks.
* Contributing to the team, by facilitating re-distribution of tasks to manage workload within the team.
* Caretaking of Dublin Office environment, with oversight of office maintenance contractor, supplier deliveries, Visitors.
* Reception duties (for leave cover).

Project Support:

* Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and contracts.
* Ensure all documents are stored and managed according to Quality and BIM procedures.
* Facilitate document reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

* Third Level Business Administration qualification, or related field.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with skills adaptable to new software (training provided).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but core skills can be developed with training provided.
