Job Description – Regional Manager Ireland
Europe's leading safe deposit box provider and precious metals dealers, with operations in Ireland, the UK, and Spain, is seeking a Regional Manager for Ireland.
As a recognised leader in security solutions, The Vaults Group is redefining access to safe deposit boxes and premium precious metals services. With ambitious expansion plans across Ireland, the Regional Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure consistent performance, maintain the highest levels of customer service, and play a key role in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance across all branches.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this hands-on role requires a proven multi-site manager with strong operational expertise, team leadership, and a focus on compliance and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow The Vaults Group's presence in Ireland, overseeing operations in Dublin 4 and the launch of new branches in Blanchardstown and Cork.
* Ensure smooth daily operations across all branches, maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and customer service for both safe deposit boxes and precious metals services.
* Lead AML compliance initiatives across all branches, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and reporting obligations.
* Monitor performance metrics, delivering accurate monthly reports to the Managing Director.
* Conduct quarterly branch visits and audits to guarantee consistency, security, and compliance.
* Drive sales performance through effective capacity management, cross-selling, and up-selling initiatives, including both safe deposit and precious metals products.
* Supervise, support, and develop branch supervisors, ensuring alignment with company standards and procedures.
* Implement and enforce operational processes to achieve efficiency and consistency.
* Execute regional marketing initiatives to support customer growth and retention.
* Oversee branch health & safety practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 3 years' experience in line management, ideally across multiple sites.
* At least 5 years' experience in customer service or operational management.
* Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance.
* Experience in AML compliance or financial regulations is highly desirable.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to revenue growth, including safe deposit and precious metals services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Financially literate with strong reporting and analysis capability.
* Reliable, disciplined, and able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
* Flexible and professional, capable of adapting to a fast-moving operational environment.
