We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our busy team.
Job Title - Admin Assistant
Type of role - Full Time, Permanent
Location - Summerhill, Co.
Meath.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Customers – dealing with Customer calls, enquiries, and queries over the phone, by email or in person at our office, helping to provide our industry recognised support and backup service.
· Sales Order Processing – processing Sales Orders and Customer Returns within agreed timeframes, including invoicing and monthly statements
· Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
· Account Duties – Bank Transactions, Accounts Payable
· Reports - Producing weekly / monthly reports as agreed, providing accurate and timely information on which informed decisions can be made by appropriate departments to achieve agreed outcomes.
· General Admin duties – carrying out general admin support tasks.
The ideal candidate:
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
· Working knowledge of Sage or similar computer package an advantage.
· Good computer skills, Excel in particular.
· Good communicator.
· Team player.
· Can-do attitude and flexible in approach.
