About the Role A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist (5+ years experience) to help drive the strategic and technical growth of its Paid Media function.
Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, this is a senior leadership role with influence across clients, people, and performance.
Youll act as a strategic partner across a large and varied client portfolio, spanning lead generation and high-growth eCommerce, while mentoring talent and delivering best-in-class PPC performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities Own PPC strategy and performance across Google and Microsoft Ads Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leading performance reviews and growth planning Drive innovation across AI bidding, Performance Max, Broad Match, and automation Maintain oversight of portfolio-wide performance and optimisation standards Mentor and develop junior and mid-level PPC specialists Build internal frameworks, QA processes, and optimisation best practices Lead reporting, insights, and budget forecasting using GA4 and Looker Studio Requirements 5+ years PPC experience, ideally within an agency environment Proven ability to lead clients, manage expectations, and grow accounts Experience mentoring team members and contributing to department growth Expert knowledge of Google Microsoft Ads (Meta Ads desirable) Strong GA4 and Looker Studio capability; eCommerce experience a plus Excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset Benefits Competitive salary plus annual profit-share scheme Generous annual leave allowance (including additional personal days) Hybrid working model Clear progression and ongoing professional development If you want it fully neutral (e.g. no mention of agency size, portfolio scale, or leadership structure), I can tighten it even further.
