Job Title: ICT Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Project Manager to lead and deliver large technical and transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project management strategies and plans to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, time, and budget.
* Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders.
* Monitor and control project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that quality gates and processes are in place and achieved.
* Drive alignment with business objectives, ensure scope, benefits, planning, and delivery remain consistent with agreed objectives, and produce high-quality written reports.
* Acknowledge and escalate project challenges proactively, find solutions, and participate in Business Realisation Review.
Requirements:
* Hold a recognized project management qualification similar to PMP, Prince 2, IPMA, Scrum, etc.
* Have experience managing various technical and transformation projects simultaneously and independently, using formal project management methodologies.
* Be able to engage with a range of stakeholders, escalating risks/ issues and reporting to Senior Leadership teams.
* Experience working in an Agile Framework as Scrum Master is desirable.
* Experience using a project lifecycle and Stage Gate framework is desirable.
Desirable Skills:
* Portfolio and Project Management system experience.
