Key Responsibilities Run service and ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards Oversee prep, stock rotation, and daily kitchen organisation Train and support junior chefs Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and allergen compliance Assist with ordering, stock control, and cost management Contribute to menu development and specials What You Bring Experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up Solid cooking skills across all sections Calm, confident leadership during busy service Strong understanding of food safety Reliable, organised, and team‑focused.
