This role is responsible for assisting in the production of coordinated, efficient and effective schedules for all BWC & Mains fed San/Install/Repair activities.
As part of this role, you will support the accuracy and timeliness of scheduling by maintaining key data within our scheduling tools and systems.
Whilst providing oversight of key dependencies including, but not limited to, delivery of units/parts and skills matrices for Service Technicians to aid in the successful delivery of field activities.
Responsibilities
Accountable for coordinated, timely, effective and efficient scheduling of all Bottled Water Cooler and Mains Fed activities to customers nationally and providing updates on performance levels.
Responsible for the Effective management and implementation of SOP's and KPI's for Bottled & Mains Fed Activities.
Responsible for supporting the identification and recommendation of areas of continuous improvement within the scheduling of Service Technicians.
Responsible for supporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectives.
Responsible for working closely with the necessary customer facing, operational management, supplier and support teams to ensure effective and efficient scheduling.
Responsible for the accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs.
Responsible for the personal governance and adherence to procedures and compliance with company policy and best practice.
Responsible for the personal compliance with the end-to-end Field Operations processes, policies and procedures.
Essential
A good geographic knowledge of the island of Ireland - ROI / NI
Demonstrated ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Ability to resolve challenging situations in a clear and calm manner
A proven track record of providing strong customer service externally & internally
Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve targets
Desirable
A proven track record of leading a team
Knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilizing a CRM and scheduling system effectively
