Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Dawn Meats is currently recruiting for an experienced and skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team in Rathdowney, Co. Laois.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site management and accounts team, carrying out various tasks within the Accounts Department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including purchase orders and supplier invoice queries
* Cattle payments and weekly payroll processing
* Weekly stock reconciliations
* Various weekly and month-end reports
* Clerical tasks such as filing, answering the telephone, and other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications and Skills:
* Flexible and able to cover a variety of tasks within the finance department
* Good numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work to deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
