Test Manager (Contract, Dublin)
We have an immediate need for an experienced Test Manager to assist our client with the continuous growth of their company.
The role will initially be contracted for 6 months with a very likely extension beyond 1 year.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a very reputable organisation for a daily rate of €550- 600 per day.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
2. Create and execute a detailed testing strategy
3. Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
4. Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
5. Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process
Requirements:
6. At least 7 years' experience within Test Management
7. Proven ERP implementation test management
8. Strong knowledge of Project Management and Test Management methodologies
9. In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills
