About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to start a career in technical sales and learn the automation industry from the ground up.
At Moffett Automation, we view the first year in this role as a learning and development phase. During this time, you'll build strong product knowledge, develop your understanding of customer needs, and learn how to deliver tailored automation solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Learn and understand Moffett Automation's products, systems, and applications.
* Support senior sales staff in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
* Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
* Participate in structured training focused on sales development, technical understanding, and customer engagement.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and help prepare reports and forecasts.
