About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you will be immersed in the Life Sciences Sector, working with a global Pharmaceutical organisation on their major expansion project in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive training programs.
* Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among team members.
* Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster professional growth and advancement.
* Evaluate current communication channels and protocols within the department and propose improvements to enhance clarity, transparency, and overall effectiveness.
* Implement strategies to encourage open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
* Optimise SharePoint architecture to enhance visualisation, data management, and communication.
* Design and implement customised SharePoint solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data visualisation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or organisational development.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High proficiency in SharePoint architecture, Microsoft office suites & power apps.
