Product Optimisation & Growth Lead (Hybrid | Dublin)

TalentHub is partnering with a leading global eCommerce company (HQ in Dublin) to find a Product Optimisation & Growth Lead who thrives on experimentation, growth hacking, and delivering measurable business impact.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the company's test-and-learn strategy across the buyer product.
You'll be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and lifetime value—all through a culture of continuous testing, optimisation, and collaboration.
What You'll Do: Lead the design and execution of high-impact Test & Learn strategies to optimise product performance and accelerate growth.
Own and scale experimentation frameworks using A/B tests, multivariate testing, and segmentation to uncover insights and drive product innovation.
Identify and deliver rapid growth experiments focused on acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue uplift.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering) to turn data into action and ideas into outcomes.
Report results, communicate learnings, and drive strategic decisions with senior stakeholders.
Establish feedback loops and dashboards that amplify learnings and fuel further optimisation.
Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the product organisation.
What You Bring: 8+ years' experience in product growth, experimentation, analytics, or optimisation—ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or digital consumer products.
Proven success designing and implementing growth hacking and optimisation initiatives.
Expert in experimentation tools and techniques (A/B testing, MVT, segmentation).
Advanced analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
Strong commercial acumen—able to balance data, creativity, and business priorities to deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent communicator with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
