Are you our next Marketing Executive - Event Management?
Location: Dublin, within our hybrid working model.
Grade: Assistant
Contract: Permanent
This role is within the central Markets team at KPMG, reporting to the Client Entertainment Lead Manager. The team delivers over 200 events annually, focusing on building client relationships and enhancing the firm's brand.
This position is ideal for an experienced events professional with creative flair and operational excellence, proven success in delivering engaging events for senior audiences.
Peer group snapshot:
* Proven experience in event management, working with large corporates, B2B environments, or event agencies.
* Strong skills in event planning and logistics, with a record of high-quality delivery.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms.
* Analytical skills in event measurement and ROI.
* Budget management and vendor relations experience.
Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting and delivering hospitality events, client briefings, sponsored events, and conferences.
* Managing end-to-end event execution, including planning, coordination, venue, catering, AV, and merchandising.
* Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders for seamless event delivery.
* Driving improvements, innovation, and value in the events program.
* Managing third-party relationships and the firm's ticketing and budget processes.
* Occasional evening and weekend work.
