Human Resource Services Analyst
As the first point of contact for employees and managers across 10 countries, you will provide guidance and coaching on HR policies and programmes, ensure accurate data stewardship, and support HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and data updates.
Responsibilities
Respond to questions and counsel employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems.
Use multiple communication channels (email, phone, case management system) to educate customers.
Encourage use of self-service tools such as the HR Portal.
Resolve non-routine matters independently while following corporate guidelines and escalating critical issues.
Document case details and maintain up-to-date functional documentation.
Provide continuous status updates to customers, stakeholders, and peers.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Process HR service requests including organization changes, compensation changes, employment verifications and other data updates.
Perform HR operational processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain high-quality standards for all activities and adhere to SLAs.
Prioritise multiple assignments and adapt to workload changes within the team.
Qualifications
A college or university degree and/or relevant HR experience.
Preferable experience in a call-centre.
Excellent customer service and client-relationship skills.
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and high attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team player in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding environment.
