* Key Responsibilities:

">Design, develop and implement automation solutions for high-volume manufacturing processes. Execute the developed solutions within a regulated environment, ensuring proper change management processes are followed internally and with customers. Lead the planning, execution and commissioning of automation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

1. Technical Requirements:
">">Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley), HMI development, and SCADA systems. Familiarity with software applications (C, C++, Python etc) and the suitability of or interaction between PC & PLC based solutions Experience with robotics, vision systems, and other automation technologies. Experience of machine safety and associated regulations from equipment design through documentation Understanding of technical mechanical drawings and experience of documentation of hardware and software designs suitable for implementation in a regulated industry Mechanical and/or electrical hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and guiding technicians to repair a complex machine in a high-volume environment.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Creative problem solving customer interaction stakeholder management quality lean working effectively with others PFMEA 8D/Corrective Action Equipment Safety Design of Experiments DOE Good time management skills Strong people leadership skills Physical demands duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data Repetitive manual movements e.g. data entry using a computer mouse using a calculator etc are frequently required Occasional travel may be required Typical experience preferred qualification for this role include degree in engineering mechanical automation bachelor degree or equivalent relevant work experience minimum 5 years required
