Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee is looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive to support the B2B side of the business.
The VM Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the success of the VM strategy. They will manage essential administrative, logistical, and creative tasks to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all VM projects. They will work closely with the Senior Visual Merchandising Executive, Visual Merchandising Manager, Trade Marketing, Supply, and Creative teams, making strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to use initiative essential for this role.
Accountabilities Include
* Update files related to our lineup on in-store displays, e.g., Boots and Dunnes line lists.
* Own the Joiners and Leavers review and communicate with retailers.
* Manage VM maintenance requests, actions, and status updates.
* Handle merchandiser briefs and requirements for in-store stand updates and other VM activities, with support from the Senior VM Executive/ VM Manager.
* Manage the brief and approval process with Linney for Boots Hotspot updates, including CPA management.
* Oversee orders for screen updates, POS for flagships, and retail counters; brief trade.
* Receive invoices approved by the VM Manager, then raise, track, and communicate POs in line with the VM budget.
* Complete new production information forms for all retailers, ensuring they have all required information and assets on time.
* Support the trade marketing team in updating files related to our lineup on in-store displays.
* Provide PODs for any send-outs or maintenance requests.
* Communicate upcoming installations, store deliveries, and maintenance to internal teams, retailers, and flagships.
* Provide VM support for the trade team for all in-store events, including masterclasses; plan logistics and occasionally attend events for setup and de-rig.
* Compile opening checklists and place tester orders for new counters.
* Coordinate and maintain VM event kits, e.g., podiums, back walls.
* Maintain VM filing and database information, including planograms, financials, stand development, and store design documents.
* Establish effective VM communication with Flagships.
* Conduct VM audits when needed across retailers to ensure fixture quality and consistency.
* Develop and distribute seasonal VM guidelines for flagships.
* Perform other ad hoc administration and project work as required.
* Occasionally travel to UK and Ireland-based suppliers, stores, and counter installations.
Experience Needed
