What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering warm, genuine, and memorable service to every guest, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
* Setting up and maintaining the restaurant area to the highest standards before, during, and after service.
* Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
* Confidently describing and upselling daily specials, dishes, and promotions.
* Maintaining a positive, energetic presence throughout service, even during busy periods.
* Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are always upheld.
* Being part of a supportive, guest-focused team where your ideas and input are valued.
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant or hotel setting.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
* A strong team player who thrives under pressure.
* Knowledge of wine or barista skills is a plus.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
