Seeking a skilled HR professional to manage recruitment processes, maintain accurate employee data, and oversee onboarding procedures.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a recognized qualification is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supporting the development of a talented and growing workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee leave entitlements, generating reports, and responding to HR queries.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
* Oversee onboarding procedures, including induction schedules and training plans
* Manage employee leave entitlements, using HR software to monitor and track absences
* Generate reports on headcount, turnover, and absence statistics
* Respond to employee HR queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures


Requirements:

* 1-2 years' experience in HR administration or a related role
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a recognized qualification (essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (Softworks & Cornerstone preferred)
