Job Title: People Operations Manager

\Entities a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the well-being of employees is paramount to success.
The Job: Leverages leadership and mentorship skills to guide a dynamic HR team in delivering exceptional people management practices. Ensures seamless daily operations for all Irish-based employees, guaranteeing accurate and compliant systems for payroll, healthcare, pensions, bonuses, and benefits. Promotes a culture of open communication, fairness, and progressive employee engagement on site. Collaborates closely with senior management to ensure consistent people management practices and advises on related issues. Develops and implements learning and development plans, promoting career growth within the organization. Maintains effective policies and practices to attract and retain top talent. Proactively addresses employee relations issues and manages grievances and disciplinary matters. Assists in filling open vacancies within the production team. Builds relationships with HR practitioners in the community to stay abreast of best practices and industry trends. Ensures HR policies are in place and effectively communicated. Works closely with senior management to facilitate communication and address sensitive issues. Contributes to building the HR function as an effective business partner.\

Requirements:

\.A proven track record as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager in a similar culture. Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role within a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills. Approachable, empathetic, and demonstrating integrity. Self-motivated with initiative. Capable of making sound judgments and seeking advice when needed. Highly confidential, able to handle sensitive situations calmly. Ambassadorial skills to promote the company as a great workplace. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.\
