Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our expert team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our tax advisory teams and clients, offering leadership and guidance across the teams.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in public practice, with a minimum of 10 years of PQE. You will be responsible for managing team workflows, ensuring timely delivery of projects and returns, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Guidance: Offer strategic leadership and guidance to our tax advisory teams and clients.
* Team Management: Manage team workflows, ensuring timely delivery of projects and returns.
* Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of technical excellence, serving as a technical expert by sharing specialized knowledge to achieve optimal client outcomes.
* Client Interactions: Manage interactions with revenue authorities, including handling audit queries and facilitating settlement negotiations.
* Business Development: Contribute to business development by writing publications for distribution and actively participating in networking efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications: Qualified CPA/ACCA/ACA/CTA tax accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience (PQE) in Public Practice.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication and time management skills.
