WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUTAs a Warehouse Operative, you play an important role in ensuring that your team work well together and deliver high quality work on time so that all goods leave the Warehouse on time.Your role is to:Unload deliveriesEnsure warehouse optimisation and organisationPick and pack goods to ensure quick deliveryEnsure optimal flow through clear structures and routinesBe able to work with Health and Safety policies and proceduresCollaborate across departments in Ireland and DenmarkLiving up to our JYSK Values; Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate spirit and Leadership; Leader, Coach and CommunicatorWHAT YOU NEED TO BRINGThe motivation to work with people and ensure their development to create a better teamThe drive to deliver great results and continually strive to raise the bar on both quality and performanceExperience from a similar position, preferably for a minimum of 1-2 yearsExperience in runners and machineryExperience in heavy liftingAbility to work independently in a busy working dayKnowledges of Health and Safety regulationsGood collaboration skills and the ability to communicate with colleaguesAbility to work flexible hours as the job demands
