Responsibilities
Corporate transactional experience
Company law expertise
Knowledge of drafting and negotiation of corporate documents including shareholders agreements,
share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and disclosure letters
Excellent academic record
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Key Skills and Competencies
Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements and ancillary documents
Drafting of intragroup transfer and lending agreements and ancillary documents
Company law advices
