ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and software artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.Establish and oversee Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels, from senior management to project team members.Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders.Liaise with external vendors to ensure optimal project delivery structures.Prioritize activities, address risks/issues, and manage resources efficiently across various departments.Build a collaborative and productive team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones and deadlines.Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking.Qualifications5+ years managing complex IT projects, focusing on Agile development in financial institutions.Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalentProject management certifications (PMP, Agile) preferred.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management toolsExpertise in IT project management, business analysis, and change management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and motivate colleaguesAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and related tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
