Lead Treasury Operations
A highly skilled Treasury Leader is required to oversee the effective management of cash, liquidity, and financial operations. This role will report directly to the Assistant Treasurer and be responsible for driving process improvements, managing bank relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
* The ideal candidate will lead a high-performance Treasury team, developing their skills and expertise to drive business growth and success.
* This leader will represent the Treasury function as a member of the EMEA Finance Leadership team and foster collaboration with other departments to achieve strategic objectives.
* They will oversee EMEA cash management processes, including cash positioning, intercompany financing, and liquidity management, within a framework of continuous improvement.
* The successful candidate will manage EMEA bank account structures, fees, and operational functionality to support ongoing and future banking needs.
* Responsibilities include the management of EMEA loan portfolios, working with stakeholders to identify financing needs, loan reporting, documentation requirements, and incorporating tax planning considerations.
* This leader will continually improve key performance indicators (KPIs), cash management, and forecasting analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and mitigate risks.
* In coordination with global teams, they will develop and manage treasury management systems, including bank system rationalization, connectivity, and fraud analytics.
* The role involves managing and developing treasury policies and procedures to ensure a strong control environment.
* The successful candidate will develop strategies and plans to enhance treasury functional activities through systems and processes.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in Treasury or Economics, at a multinational level.
* International experience in finance-related issues.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A results-oriented leader with a track record of building trust and operating effectively in dynamic organizations.
