Overview We are delighted to be partnering with a Locally Managed Corporate Service Provider who specialises in a number of Industries but mainly the Aircraft Leasing sector. They are looking to add a Financial Controller to their Head office in Shannon. This is an Internal (Non-Client facing) role which will work with an existing Finance Manager to manage the Finance Function. Their is hybrid working (2 days in the office) bonus, benefits, pension & 25 days Annual Leave. This role could ideally suit someone looking to step up to a Financial Controller role or someone coming from a similar background looking for a new challenge with a growing international business. Responsibilities Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes; with commentary on performance. Monitor and forecast cash flow; oversee bank interactions, and ensure timely VAT and tax filings. Oversee the Audit process Implement, document, and monitor robust internal controls; liaise with auditors and ensure statutory compliance (Irish GAAP, IFRS). Provide financial analysis to the Board and contribute to strategic planning and investment decision-making. Oversee AP, AR and Payroll with the Finance Manager Identify finance system efficiencies and drive digital or process improvements; lead or support finance projects.
