Commis Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
1. Taking direction from department managers and monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
2. FOLLOWING THE TALENTED HEAD CHEF'S EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENCE AND EFFICIENCY
About You:
You should have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role, a passion for and genuine interest in food, as well as being able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Your knowledge of HACCP procedures is also essential.
