Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of the HR domain, including emerging trends and the implications of AI on HR functions.
* Prior consulting experience in HR transformation or active involvement in HR transformation projects.
* Proven ability to lead projects successfully, delivering high-quality outputs on time.
* Experience leveraging AI technologies to optimise HR processes is highly desirable.
