Job Title
Accountable for providing comprehensive end-to-end operational support for private client mandates, encompassing trade capture, settlement, cash and asset reconciliation, and full life-cycle asset servicing.
Responsibilities:
* Capture and maintain all life-cycle transactions and borrowings in internal systems.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve position or transaction related inquiries.
* Perform daily cash and position reconciliations.
* Investigate and resolve breaks between internal systems and trustees/custodians.
* Monitor the private deal pipeline to ensure operational readiness and timely bookings.
* Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive support to both external clients and internal stakeholders.
