Relevant Experience
We are seeking an honest and hardworking individual to join our Tuam Office team as our Front Office Administrator. The position is maternity cover for a minimum term of six months, commencing mid-October 2025
We are seeking someone who is professional, friendly and motivated. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' administration experience, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a solid work ethic, highly competent with the ability to multitask. We need someone who works well under pressure, as this role involves a diverse range of duties in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Front desk reception duties, assisting with general queries in relation to property for sale/rent and valuation, promptly answering telephone calls, emails, banking, post and general administration. The role will also include updating all social media and property platforms on a daily basis including in-house accounting package & CRM, VAT returns, generation of property brochures, invoicing, filing and managing the daily diary. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of Reception.
Experience Required:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
· Accounts experience desirable, but not essential
· Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.
· Responds positively within a challenging work environment.
· Must be energetic with excellent customer service standards.
· Ability to work on your own initiative and see tasks through to the end.
· Previous experience coordinating social media platforms.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: €26,000 - €28,000 subject to experience and suitability
* Leave: 20 days annual leave
