We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Cregg Group in Limerick. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to service call requests in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out various coffee equipment repair and maintenance tasks from fault finding to diagnosis, ensuring all coffee equipment is left in good working order.
* Evaluate and implement preventative maintenance schedules to guarantee consistent coffee quality and minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with the central call centre to receive day-to-day instructions and keep customers informed about wait times.
* Comply with on-site arrival procedures, including contacting a manager or supervisor to introduce yourself and seek permission to commence work.
Requirements
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show strong problem-solving skills, with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Be customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
* Be computer literate and possess a clean driving license.
* Show self-motivation and flexibility in your approach to work, location, and hours (including 1 in 4 weekend shifts).
