JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. £ £18.53. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods.Location: Shepherd's Lodge, Barrow-in-FurnessAvailable Hours: 27 and 29.5 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentAbout this opportunityShepherd's Lodge is an elegant and cosy residential home with beautiful furnishings and a picturesque garden.We support adults with learning and physical disabilities and strive to promote their emotional and physical wellbeing while encouraging the development of personal growth, depending on their individual needs and wishes.You will work with the wider team to develop and implement individually tailored care programmes for each Service User.
