You'll be thefirst BDRto join a fast-moving, ambitious sales team.You won't just book meetings - you'll shape how the company reaches, speaks to, and wins with global brands.You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founding AE who's already closing six-figure enterprise deals and who's built a proven outbound playbook you'll help refine, scale, and own.What you'll doBuild pipeline with enterprise eCommerce and brand leadersResearch and reach out to the right people - Heads of eCommerce, Amazon Managers, and Omnichannel DirectorsExecute highly personalised, multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)Set qualified discovery calls and help refine messaging and campaignsPartner closely with your AE to convert enterprise opportunities into live dealsHelp shape the sales culture, playbook, and processes from day oneWhat you'll need6–18 months of commercial experienceA hunter mindset - persistent, competitive, and coachableExcellent communication and curiosity - you'll be talking to senior decision-makers dailyHunger to grow fast - this is a clear path to an Account Executive role within 12–18 monthsWhy this roleBecause this is the ground floor of something big.You'll have direct access to the founding AE and leadership team.You'll learn how to sell to global brands.
