Our IT client in Dublin city centre have an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor, for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for all first level HR support, within a busy Shared Services environment. The successful candidate requires 2+ years HR Operations Support experience. Hybrid working on offer, with 1-2 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Provide HR Support to employees throughout EMEA
2. Own and evolve the HR content
3. Responsible for case management in a busy, high-volume, ticketing environment.
4. Analyse trends and collaborate with global teams
5. Act as a subject matter expert in core HR processes (eg. Leave of absence, benefits, employee data, and Workday)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
6. 2+ years of experience in HR operations in a shared services or centralized environment
7. Strong writing skills for HR Content & Policies
8. Proficiency in case management and HR systems
9. Analytical and reporting skills
10. Excellent communications skills
