Our IT client in Dublin city centre have an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor, for an 11 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for all first level HR support, within a busy Shared Services environment. The successful candidate requires 2+ years HR Operations Support experience. Hybrid working on offer, with 1-2 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
* Provide HR Support to employees throughout EMEA
* Own and evolve the HR content
* Responsible for case management in a busy, high-volume, ticketing environment.
* Analyse trends and collaborate with global teams
* Act as a subject matter expert in core HR processes (eg. Leave of absence, benefits, employee data, and Workday)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 2+ years of experience in HR operations in a shared services or centralized environment
* Strong writing skills for HR Content & Policies
* Proficiency in case management and HR systems
* Analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent communications skills
