Lead Service Developer

* Develop and implement systems, processes, and practices that reflect best standards and regulations.
* Play an active role in service design, change management, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Recruit, guide, and develop a committed staff team aligned with the service's vision and values.
* Oversee admissions, care planning, safeguarding, and risk management from the outset.
* Foster a new culture rooted in dignity, respect, independence, and person-centred practice.
* Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations.
* Work collaboratively with senior management to shape the long-term direction of the service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
