Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial and private client conveyancing files, with expertise in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting title checks, raising queries, drafting contracts, and performing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and billing targets.

pQualifications required include being a Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE.
