I'm partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit organisation committed to strengthening communities through quality homes and services. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their people strategy and help shape a culture that reflects their social purpose.

Salary: starting at €82,529
About the role:
1. Report to the HR Director
2. Lead the development and delivery of HR strategy aligned with organisational goals and values.
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
4. Implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability, engagement, and feedback.
5. Coordinate training, learning, and talent development initiatives, including succession planning.
6. Provide expert, pragmatic advice on employee relations, change management, and HR policy.
7. Drive organisational change, continuous improvement projects, and transformation initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with employment law, governance standards, and HR best practice.
9. Manage HR reporting and analytics to inform strategy and monitor trends.
10. Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture.
About you:
11. Degree in HR or related field and Chartered CIPD membership.
12. Previous experience in Housing, Public Sector OR NFP.
13. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, HR strategy, and employee relations.
14. Experience in organisational change, transformation, and HR compliance.
15. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
16. Collaborative, values-driven approach with a solutions mindset.
17. Full driving licence and access to a car.
