Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors across multiple disciplines.
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
* Managing files, both physical and electronic, with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
* Diary management, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone queries.
* Assisting with the preparation of forms and documentation for conveyancing and probate matters.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience working as a secretary.
* Strong knowledge of procedures in Wills, Probate, Conveyancing, and Litigation.
* Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional communication skills.
