We have partnered with an industry leading Aircraft Leasing platform growing its commercial analysis team and hiring a VP to assist with structuring and pricing of transactions.
THE ROLE:
* Work closely with members of the Financial and Commercial Analysis team to ensure all financial and commercial aspects of potential transactions are considered
* Ensure constructive input is provided to Deal Teams while accurate and timely pricing, structuring and other support is given to transactions
* Advise deal teams on optimum transaction structure based on aircraft technical knowledge and experience
* Embrace market intelligence and provide insight to the business to enable enhanced decision -making, contributing actively to the debate around the issues
* Review and continually improve transaction models for more complicated deals
Requirements
o 5+ years' experience in the aviation industry, aircraft leasing or asset management role
o Understanding of sources of value within an aircraft lease / sale at a transaction and business level
o A combination of degree, demonstrable experience or Professional Qualification in a financial discipline and / or aeronautical engineering
o Experience of financial analysis or scenario modelling
o Proven track record of working in a fast paced, dynamic, service orientated environment
