Senior Recruitment Consultant I Firstaff Personnel Consultants

Our client, a leading technology consultancy, empowers businesses to evolve, innovate, and thrive in the digital age. They combine deep technical expertise with forward‑thinking strategy to help organisations unlock the full potential of digital transformation.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful business conversations, create high‑quality opportunities, and contribute directly to the company’s expansion across multiple industries. The role is based 2 days in the Dublin city centre office


About You

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in engaging senior stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Curious and eager to understand how technology creates business value.
* A self‑starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
* Resilient and adaptable, with a positive approach to feedback and challenges.
* Previous experience in sales development, IT consulting, or technology sales is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
* Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.


Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Understand each prospect’s business needs and demonstrate how the consultancy’s solutions can drive measurable success.
* Partner with Business Development Managers to create qualified sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers as a trusted first point of contact.
* Use tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms to manage and track engagement.
* Stay informed on industry trends and continually refine your understanding of the company’s service offerings.
* Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure aligned and effective outreach.
* Apply consultative selling techniques and handle objections with professionalism and insight.
