Social Care Worker

We are currently recruiting for full-time or part-time Social Care Workers to join our team at a residential services facility in a beautiful rural setting.

Our residents have physical and intellectual disabilities ranging from moderate to profound, and many have been living with us for most of their lives. We promote a person-centered approach to service delivery, in accordance with our values and ethos, and we are committed to the development of community-based services.

You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with challenging behaviors, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Social Care and registration with CORU before 2025. Experience of supporting people with complex needs is essential, and a full driving license would be desirable but not necessary. Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in all aspects of daily life
Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
Contribute to the ongoing assessment and evaluation of service users' needs and preferences
Requirements:
Degree in Social Care
Registration with CORU before 2025
Experience of supporting people with complex needs
Full driving license (desirable)
