Job Discription
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate care assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities. Providing companionship, and supporting clients with their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Help clients with mobility and physical exercises
* Provide support with meal preparation and feeding
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Monitor and report changes in cleints health and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in health and Social Care or equivalent
* Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia
* Strong communication interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Compassionate and patient nature
* Excellent Organisational and time management skills.
Requirements
* Previous experience in similar role
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
* Strong written and spoken English
* Background checks and references
* Valid GNIB if applicable.
