Financial Services Manager
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the client service team ensuring policies and procedures are followed and best practices applied. They will continuously seek enhancements to create greater efficiencies and productivity within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate fund activity recording in internal NAV, client, and investor reporting is conducted effectively.
* Take full ownership of daily, cash, and trade reconciliations, driving accuracy and timeliness.
* Lead the Transfer Agency team in managing key priorities on a daily basis, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and forums, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Finance or Business-related area (minimum 2.2).
* 4-6 years of experience in Fund Administration, preferably in Hedge Transfer Agency, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
