Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven HR professional to support our client's HR function on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic HR team by partnering with employees, managers, and HR colleagues on various day-to-day HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR administrative processes, including employee contracts, probationary periods, and leave tracking.
* Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
* Partner with managers on talent management activities.
* Oversee recruitment activities: coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure smooth onboarding.
* Advise managers on employee relations matters such as performance management and grievances.
* Support training and development procedures, including liaising with providers and managing training logistics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proven ability to manage responsibilities independently and proactively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
