As the ASICS Brand Trainer in Ireland, you’ll educate retailers and consumers about our products, technologies and their benefits, and support our visual merchandising activities and marketing initiatives. You’ll be a passionate, energetic self-starter who helps tell the story of ASICS brand heritage and helps consumers find the right product for their needs.

Travel is part of this role: weekly travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with potential visits to other locations in the UK, including the Head Office in Warrington, Cheshire. You will report to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
* Follow the activity plan agreed with DTC, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the UK & Ireland territories.
* Provide high‑quality training to store staff and support activities such as sales support, basic visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and customer interactions.
* Contribute to maximizing direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
* Explain the engaging brand history, culture and values of ASICS.
* Be perceived as an expert and keep informed about the competition.
* Create a positive atmosphere and build strong relationships with all interactions.
* Report all activities using the provided templates and tools.
* Attend regular meetings and seasonal trainings to stay up to date.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge required to excel in your activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Full, clean driving license.
* University degree or higher vocational education (ideally in sport science and physical activity or business administration).
* Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
* Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Confident presentation and communication abilities.
* Flexibility to travel and work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
