Team Introduction

You will support the management and delivery of physical security operations, programs, and personnel across Europe (encompassing multiple cities and sites), while helping to promote a robust and positive security culture across the company.

You will deliver exemplary security support services to multiple sites, including deploying high-performing guard teams, and responding to local incidents in a professional, timely manner. Establishing excellent cross-functional relationships; working closely with external partners (e.g., law enforcement, local first responders, and industry counterparts); maintaining site risk assessment and process documentation; and supporting new office projects will also be key components of this role.

Responsibilities

1. Support the delivery of day-to-day physical security operations across multiple sites, overseeing the deployment of local teams (guard, reception, and/or SOC services) based on each site's risk profile and operational demands.
2. Develop and contribute to the continuous improvement of Physical Security standard operating procedures, ensuring site risk assessment documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
3. Plan and lead physical security onboarding and training of security personnel at regional sites to ensure highly professional and consistent service delivery.
4. Support the management of guarding vendors, ensuring high-quality operational performance in line with KPIs, and assist with invoices and purchase requisitions/orders.
5. Respond to physical security incidents at sites within the region, including incident reporting, after-action reviews, and conducting or assisting with internal investigations and post-incident reports.
6. Update and maintain site emergency response plans, covering protocols for medical, fire, and other emergencies, including delivering employee security awareness training and participating in drills.
7. Support the regional emergency response team program, including training delivery and recruitment.
8. Assist with new office projects, including security design and understanding of local security legislation, and support event security programs, including conducting offsite venue risk assessments.
9. Attend and contribute to Country and Regional Crisis Management teams as required.
10. Manage a significant budget, including monthly payments and financial forecasting.
11. Deputise for the Regional Security Lead during leaves of absence.
12. Provide planning and operational support for large-scale company events.
13. Lead and contribute to specialized security projects.
14. Lead cross-functional engagement and operational management for key security issues.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in corporate security, with at least 2+ years in a security management role.
* Experience managing security operations across multiple sites and countries, with a record of high performance and increasing responsibilities.
* Operational familiarity with physical access control systems, video management systems, life safety systems, and visitor management systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
* Sound problem-solving skills, comfortable working under pressure, and capable of delivering within tight timeframes.
* Ability to travel, respond to emergencies after-hours, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting new office security projects, including risk assessments and technical security design.
* Experience participating in guarding RFPs and supervising contract personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Skilled in dealing with acute incidents.
* Experience supporting business events, including venue risk assessments.
* Undergraduate or Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
* Ability to maintain comprehensive site documentation, including checklists, post orders, and SOPs.
* Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and market understanding.
